Barry specializes in facilitating change in a wide-variety of business environments by working as an advisor, management
consultant, coach and confidant. With over twenty years of practical experience, he works alongside executives to help them move their companies
forward by adapting to and profiting from emerging trends. Barry facilitates the collaborative analysis, development and customization of a change strategy to
help employees experience a smooth transition during change. His various consulting assignments have allowed him to work in over 12 Countries across
Asia Pacific, the USA and Canada. Barry holds a Master Degree in Change Management (Applied Science) a Graduate Diploma
in Innovation and Service Management both from RMIT University in Australia, and an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering from Queensland University of Technology in Australia.
Barry is a founding executive of the Institute of Facilitators Hong Kong and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Value Management. In addition he
holds accreditation for providing several Psychometric instruments. Barry works out of Hong Kong.

Eileen is a Certified Master Facilitator and a Certified Professional Facilitator.
She is an international consultant, writer and speaker whose work focuses on improving workplace dynamics.
She works with individuals, teams and large-scale systems to facilitate strategic change. She is president
of Human Dynamics, a consulting company specializes in organizational health and effectiveness working in
key industries including, high-tech, manufacturing, non-profit and government agencies throughout the world.
Specific areas of service include, Organizational Development Consulting, Facilitation, Personality Assessments
and Educational Programs. She teaches human dynamics and consults in North America, Europe and Asia. She is
among the national leaders in facilitation. She is one of the founders and board member for the International Institute for
Facilitation, a Certified Professional & Master Facilitator. She is also a Founding Partner of Appreciative Inquiry Consulting LLC. and
award-winning author of "The Naked Manager".

For more that twenty-five years as a performance consultant, facilitator and coach, Dan has strongly advocated that organizations deal with, instead of avoid, the reality that human interactions are as important as work processes. In 1990 after working with two other consulting firms, he founded Lord & Hogan LLC. He has been instrumental in advancing the practice of behavioral change management by creating new tools like Lord & Hogan’s Choice Model and Action Agreement process. He has also created new organizational strategies like Teams That Work – an enterprise-wide solution for implementing the organization’s strategic plan.
Additionally, he has written training and performance consulting
programs in change management principles as well as two books:
Teams That Work – unleashing your power; growing your business,
and Individual Choice: the decision for personal accountability
and the key to personal mastery. Dan’s work experience has
primarily been in the following industries: oil & gas, chemical,
energy, engineering & construction, computer technology and utilities.
He has worked with a wide range of people and job functions…from
the operation’s floor to the CEO’s corner office.
With an innate ability to assess the linkage between business
needs and destructive interpersonal patterns, he and his clients
have successfully improved overall performance of individuals,
teams and departments alike.

Michael Wilkinson is the Managing Director of Leadership Strategies,
a firm that specializes in providing organizations with professional
facilitators to lead sessions in strategic planning, process improvement,
information needs analysis, and issue resolution. The organization
also teaches training classes in group facilitation, consulting
skills and leadership development. Michael is one of the national
leaders in the facilitation industry. He is Past President of
the Southeast Association of Facilitators (seaf.org),
Chair of the International Institute for Facilitation (inifac.org)
and founder of the National Facilitator Database (NFDB.com).
He is a Certified Master Facilitator (CMF) and a Certified Professional
Facilitator. Michael is a much sought after facilitator and trainer
both in the U.S. and abroad. He has completed international assignments
in Bangkok, Brisbane, Glasgow, Hamburg, Hong Kong, London, Milan,
Singapore and Sydney.
