Step 1 Planning |
- Identify the FDP team:
- Core facilitators - Assessors
- Hold briefing for the Facilitator Assessment Team to review the overall purpose, specific processes, role and responsibility.
- Outline the process for raising awareness of the program and to encourage participation by leaders and facilitators.
- Develop timetable for the preparation stage, including dates for the core facilitators to hold the videoed role play session and to complete all other components of the application.

Step 2 Preparation |
- Core facilitators complete the external assessment program through INIFAC (written assessment, video assessment, experience, references) to increase their understanding of the program and the assessment process.
- Administrator and core facilitators review and gain a working understanding of the internal processes.
- Execute strategies to raise awareness of the program.
